Starting on July 1, 2017, all patients will need to use the Patient Portal to access their health records, including any notes or treatments that have been administered to them by a doctor. What is the Roper Patient Portal?
The Roper Patient Portal is a secure website that provides access to health information for patients enrolled in Roper Health Care Plans. The portal is designed to make it easy for patients to access their health records, view appointment reminders, and communicate with their doctors.

How to login to the Roper Patient Portal?
The Roper Patient Portal is a one-stop shop for patients and their families to access their health information, including appointments, test results, medications, and more.
To login, follow these steps:
- First, visit the official Roper Patient Portal Website https://www.rsfh.com/ and click on the “Patient Portal” option.
- Go to Log into MyChart.
- Enter your patient ID and password.
- Click Sign In.
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? on the right side of the page and enter your username, Social Security number (last 4 digits), and Date of birth in the Forgot Password form.
- Then, click Forgot Password form to receive a link to create a new password.
Create a new Account
- Go to the official Roper Patient Portal login link https://mychart.rsfh.com/mychart/Authentication/Login? and click on the “Sign Up Now” tab.
- Now, enter the New Patient Information such as:
- MyChart activation code
- Social Security number (last 4 digits)
- Date of birth
- Filling all information then, click on the “Next” button.
