To register for the portal, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Crozer Patient Portal account (https://www.crozerhealth.org/portal-login/).
- Click on the “Register for an Account(opens in a new tab)” link at the top of the page.
- Follow the instructions on the registration form to provide your full name, email address, and Crozer Patient Portal user ID. Please note that this is your unique identifier that will be used to log in to the portal and access your My Account information.
- Click on “Next” to finish registering for the portal.

- If you have an account with MyCrozer, you can also click the MyCrozer Login link on the left side of the screen and enter your user name and password from your MyCrozer account.
- If you do not have an account with MyCrozer, click Add Account and follow the instructions that are provided.
- After you have logged in, you will see a list of your current patient portals accounts on the left side of the screen. You can see which patient portals you have an account with by clicking on the links next to each account name.
