- Go to the HarvardKey login page link https://www.pin1.harvard.edu/cas/login?service=https://patient.uhs.harvard.edu.
- Click on “Forgot Your Password” in the page.
- Enter an email associated with your Harvard Key account.
Non-HarvardKey Holders: Log in with your Username
- Go to the link https://patient.uhs.harvard.edu/login_dualauthentication.aspx.
- Click on “Login With Username” tab.
- Enter your patient “Username and Password” in the login form.
- Finely, click on the “Process” button.
